Review: Nice flowers. However, terrible customer service. Lied regarding a refund. Called names down the phone. Wouldn’t even give one star if it was an option. Customer service and attitude awful. Wouldn’t allow me to get a word in edge ways and then hung up on me.
Trades on Amazon as Forever Bouquet. Amazon were not impressed to say the least. Stay clear.

Review: Would give zero rating if i could. I ordered navy roses for my wedding and was sent royal blue ones! I sent an email asking them to send a free returns label as i wasnt prepared to pay postage as it was their mistake. They asked if i wanted navy ones sent and i replied yes please. I still have not received them and this was over a month ago.
I sent a further email asking again for a returns label so i could send them back or a refund to my account. I have received neither and have not even had a reply. Digusting company ripping people off..steer well clear. I have given them plenty of opportunity to rectify their mistake and have been ignored and am out of pocket. You would think being in the business they are in they would be aware of the different shades of blue and understand that a different colour to what you paid for wont go with your wedding scheme!!

Review: I ordered a bridal bouquet and button holes through Sue’s Flowers for my daughter’s wedding. They were all lovely. (I actually had button holes for my own wedding last year from Sue’s as well – and they were what made me come back). I have also ordered 4 bridesmaid bouquets and, following a conversation with the shop, they were so conscientious they emailed me to say there is a slight difference if the colour of the bouquets I had ordered to what had gone in the bride’s bouquet; and therefore did I want them matching up. That’s service for you. Excellent service, excellent products.

Disgusting vile business, horrible business owners and I do not recommend!
On their website, they advertise lovely flowers to which I purchased Button Holes (Royal Blue) this was for a ceremony which has a colour theme so it was important I got the right colour.
I can not complain about customer service at the start as I had a query regarding the order which I emailed of the night time and they responded in a timely manner, practically the next morning. Delivery was very quick, so again can not complain about this either.
Unfortunately the issue started when we opened the box, the colour we ordered on the website was not the same colour that arrived. The flowers that arrived looked a different shade of blue and again was not what we originally ordered from the website. See pictures attached! Unless I am going colour blind you can clearly see these are two different shades of blue.
When I emailed with pictures attached, surprise, surprise they did not respond. I had to raise this as a dispute to which I had a snotty response “if I am not happy then I can send the box back to get a refund”. No apology, no explanation, literally nothing.
After exchanging messages and telling them they can keep the money as I will write a review, they felt to tell me that they was rushing and put the flowers in the box because I said it was for a funeral.
It does not matter how many years Sues Flowers of York has been running. This business will eventually run to the ground because people will have the common sense to purchase flowers elsewhere. I would not be surprised if other customers experienced this, if you have please submit your experience so others are aware to steer clear. I am all happy to support small businesses but the customer service was lacking for me, along with the snotty response made me write the review.
Should anyone buy flowers from this website do so, but be warned when they arrive and it is not what you paid for. My advice, pay through PayPal so that you can raise a dispute.
On that note, I purchased more flowers as we needed more and I highly recommend Petals Polly Flowers.
The box arrived with a fragile sticker taped around it, lovely floral wrapping paper inside to protect the flowers that you can re-use as a gift and the flowers was of better quality.
